The Streckfuss model C052/B is designed to cut and form radial components with 2 leads.   A variety of form shapes are possible through the use of interchangeable die sets.   The triangular shaped center die allows components with lead spans from 5.08mm to 17.25mm (.200" to .680") to be processed on a single die.  Adjustments are provided for the placement and exaggeration of the form.  Easy to operate, the C052/B offers an economical solution to quality forming of loose, radial components.

The machine utilizes a cutting and shear plate combination and is supplied with pre-drilled hole patterns. Standard cut length is 3.0mm [.120"], other optional. Foot pedal operated, the C053 provides a simple, inexpensive solution to cutting loose radial leads.

The Streckfuss model C057 is designed to cut the leads of loose radial components with lead diameters up to 1.0mm [.040"].  The machine utilizes spring-loaded cutting blade traversing a top shear plate to perform the cutting action.  The standard shear plate is supplied with pre-drilled hole patterns at a thickness of 3.0mm [.120"].   Foot pedal operated, the C057 provides a simple, economical solution to cutting larger lead diameter radial loose components.

The Streckfuss model C058 is designed to cut the leads of loose radial components with lead diameters up to 2.54mm [.100�].  The machine utilizes a large mass cutting blade traversing the top shear plate.  Supplied with a blank, unhardened shear plate a wide variety of custom plate designs are available including pocketed, slotted, and multi-leveled.  Foot pedal operated, the C058 provides the solution for hard-to-cut, large-leaded, loose radial components.

Model CO93

The CO93 was designed to produce a "J" bend to one lead of a component that has polarity. CO93 incorporates a touch tool that ensures a specific lead length (+/- .1mm) even if the components are not taped to an exact tolerance. Optionally, the CO93 offers a C Tester that can test the components for correct polarity prior to the forming station and remove them if they fail. Because the CO93 only accepts components on tape, either reeled or ammo pack formats are acceptable. Also because of its flexibility, the CO93 allows the processing of components taped on 12.7 or 15mm spacing by using easy-to-change tape guides and tools.
